The Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group have had a meeting with representatives of developers who aim to make a planning application to build up to 70 homes on a site next to Bartles Hollow, Park View Estate, Ketton.
They have asked us to publicise their consultation on their proposals and you can find more details here
The Steering Group wishes to point out that in providing this information we are in no way endorsing these proposals, and indeed at our meeting with the developers we raised important concerns, including road access, traffic pressures and security of tenure over the proposed "green space/play areas", which have not yet been resolved.
